Growth Responses of Ten Soybean (Glycine max L.Merril). Genotypes on Trichoderma sp. Application in Suboptimal Land

Abstract The obstacles that cause soybean productivity to decline are due fierce competition in land use with other commodities also strategic, such as corn and chili. This has an impact on the decrease crop area by about 5% per year, higher than projected which increases 2% year. In addition, harvested is widely diverted non-agricultural sector economic demands rate of population growth. One efforts overcome through suboptimal i.e beach sand for planting. general purpose this research obtain growth responses ten genotypes Trichoderma sp .application, Samas sand, Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia May-July 2022. method Split Plot Design a Randomized Complete Block (RCBD) 3 blocks. As main plot, there two doses . consisting T1 = 0.3 kg / T2 0.6 plot. sub plot genotype namely: G1 Dena 2; G2 Argomulyo; G3 Grobogan; G4 Dena-1; G5 Gepok Kuning; G6 =Dega G7=Devon 1; G8= Anjasmoro G9= Demas 1 G10=Dega data were analyzed using analysis variance at α=5% followed Duncan test signification level α 5%. results showed was no interaction between all variables. Plant height 21 35 days after planting stem diameter Dena, Kuning had smaller another genotypes, but they not significant 49 Dose 0,3kg/plot kg/plot same effect variables, it protected plants from desease

Four genotypes of soybean (Glycine max L. Merr.) were taken for investigation to know their response towards chromium stress. On the basis of seedling growth vigour index and dry weight, the genotypes JS 355 and P 1 were found tolerant to chromium stress when compared to the other genotypes.
